FlashPay offers various payment collection services such as QRPH (Person-to-Merchant and Person-to-Person), OTC Collection Services (Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop, MLhuillier, 7/11 and SM), Web Payment Services (GCash, Maya and Coins.Ph), iBanking Services and cross-border payment and services.

FlashPay offers payout services such as InstaPay and PESONet. InstaPay transfer is real-time and has a maximum transfer amount of Php 50,000.00 per transaction. On the other hand, PESONet transfers are credited to your receipt account on the same day and there is no maximum amount limit per transaction.

Interested companies and merchants needs to submit the due diligence documents and undergo with the Know-Your-Merchant onboarding process of FlashPay.

If all business requirements are complete, FlashPay can finish the process in 3 working days.

FlashPay provides competitive percentage and fixed rate arrangements, industry-standard settlement cycles, a reliable IT system, and various payment channels that are tailored to fit your business needs.

There is no fee to apply as a FlashPay merchant. Also, we do not charge any integration fees, system maintenance fees and annual fees.

New users need to download and register for the Flash Express App and upgrade their account to a FlashPay wallet.

The timeline for FlashPay E-wallet application takes between 1 and 2 business days to process.

FlashPay will send you a welcome email or send you a text message that your account has been approved.

Acceptable IDs are Driver's License, National ID, Pag-ibig ID, Passport, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, UMID ID, Voters ID, and ACR/AEP for Foreign Nationals.

Currently, the available services are FlashPay wallet-to-wallet transfer, top-up or cash-in, and transfer out or cash-out via bank transfer.
